Terms for exploring the Pavilion Arc website and demonstration workspaces.

1. About Pavilion Arc
Pavilion Arc is an independent freelance project and brand. It is not presented as an incorporated company. These draft terms concern this website and its prototypes; a separate written agreement is required for paid freelance work or a production service. General enquiries: [email protected]. 2. Using the website
You may browse the website and explore the prototypes for lawful evaluation. If acting for a business, you must have authority to use its information. Do not use the site to infringe rights, distribute harmful material, introduce malware, disrupt services or attempt unauthorised access. Do not submit information you are not entitled to use.
3. Demonstrations and availability
Chasely, ClausePilot, FormFlow, Coordex and SpendWise are demonstration prototypes. Features, screens and availability may change. Demonstration sign-in and role switching do not establish production authentication or access controls. Use fictional sample data only. There is no promise of uninterrupted availability, support response times, live integrations or fitness for a particular business process.
4. Your content
You retain rights in material you lawfully provide. You are responsible for its accuracy, permissions and appropriate backups. Browsing does not transfer ownership of your content to Pavilion Arc. Do not enter confidential, personal or regulated information into the public demonstrations.
5. Intellectual property
The Pavilion Arc name, logo, original website materials and software are protected to the extent applicable law provides. Browsing or evaluating a demonstration does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute its code, branding or content. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licences and rights. This notice does not claim trademark registration or exclusive rights beyond those legally held.
6. Information and professional advice
Website descriptions are general information. Prototype findings are aids for review and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are not legal, accounting, tax, investment or other professional advice. You remain responsible for checking source material and decisions. Statements about efficiency or cost reduction describe intended benefits, not guaranteed results.
7. Third-party services
External websites, mail applications, fonts and software dependencies have their own terms and privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Review the relevant provider’s notices before sharing information.
8. Fees and future services
The current website does not accept payments or create a paid subscription. Any proposed pricing inside prototypes is illustrative unless expressly agreed in writing. Scope, payment, delivery, ownership and support for future engagements must be set out in a separate agreement.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and prototypes are provided as available without promises of accuracy, suitability or error-free operation. Do not rely on them as your sole business record or decision system. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any additional commercial allocation of liability must be agreed in a separate service contract.
10. Changes and disputes

These draft terms do not select a governing law or court; mandatory applicable law and rights continue to apply.
