1. Evaluation only
These products are interactive prototypes for demonstration and feedback. They are not production services and should be used with fictional sample information. They may contain unfinished workflows, illustrative prices and placeholder product policies. This parent-site notice describes the evaluation status but does not turn those placeholders into production commitments.
2. Human review is essential
Document matches, clause findings, expense flags and other suggestions may be rule-based and may be incomplete or wrong. Review the underlying information before taking action. ClausePilot is not legal advice; SpendWise does not move money or replace accounting advice. No guaranteed savings, compliance outcome or operational result is promised.
3. Sending, sharing and integrations
Opening a draft or preparing an export does not confirm delivery. Do not assume automatic sending, live accounting connections, unified authentication or data synchronisation between products. Read each product’s actual controls and instructions.
4. Local tools and data
Some PDF, Word, Excel or scanned-document features require optional local helpers. They are not hosted by this static website. Data may be stored in your browser and can be lost or exposed on a shared device. Demo logins and roles are not real access controls.
