PAVILION ARC / LEGAL
Privacy Notice
How the current website, enquiries and browser-based prototypes handle information.
Updated 23 October 2026
1. Who is responsible
Pavilion Arc is an independent freelance project and brand. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to [email protected]. Product support enquiries can be sent to [email protected]. The operator is Omar M., trading as Pavilion Arc and based in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Information you choose to send
When you submit the website form, Formspree processes your name, email address, optional business name, enquiry type, selected product and message so the enquiry can reach [email protected]. Formspree may also process technical and anti-spam information. Direct email links still open your mail application. Share only what is necessary; do not send passwords, sensitive records or confidential client documents.
3. Why information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond, arrange requested demonstrations, provide requested support, maintain relevant correspondence and meet applicable obligations. Sending an enquiry is not an agreement to receive unrelated marketing. Any future marketing or broader data processing needs its own appropriate notices and lawful basis.
4. Prototype data on your device
The bundled apps use browser storage for demonstration records and preferences. Files and entries may remain in that browser until removed through an app’s data controls or browser settings. Workspace exports create copies that you control. Browser storage is not the same as a secured multi-user cloud service. Avoid real personal, financial, legal or confidential business information in the demonstrations.
5. Third-party requests and email services
Fonts are hosted on this site; no external font provider is contacted. Bundled prototypes may request third-party libraries or resources, and optional local reading helpers are separate from this static website. These requests can disclose network information such as your IP address to resource providers. Website form submissions are handled by Formspree, a third-party form service, and may be stored in its submission dashboard as well as delivered by email. Its processing, retention and international transfer practices are described in the Formspree Privacy Policy. Email enquiries are handled through the configured Microsoft 365 mail service and relevant mail providers. This notice does not claim that all website activity stays solely on your device.
6. Hosting and technical information
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website; this may include IP addresses, browser information and security logs. Cloudflare and Formspree may process data outside your country. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Formspree Privacy Policy for their processing practices.
7. Sharing and retention
There is no sale of visitor data built into this website. Enquiry information may be handled by email providers or disclosed where legally required. Enquiry and support records are kept as needed to respond and maintain relevant business records, subject to applicable obligations. Requests to erase information can be sent to [email protected]. Form submissions may also remain in the Formspree dashboard according to the provider’s settings and policies; email deletion alone does not remove those copies. Browser-stored prototype records remain under the control of the browser user and may also be lost if storage is cleared.
8. Your choices and rights
You can choose not to send an email, clear prototype data, remove browser storage and delete exported copies you control. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, obtain a copy, withdraw consent where used, or complain to the relevant authority. Contact [email protected] to discuss a request. Necessary identity checks may be required. No particular regulator or deadline is asserted until the applicable jurisdiction is confirmed.
9. Security and changes
No system is completely secure. Demonstration roles are not production security controls, and no security certification is claimed. Do not use these prototypes for sensitive information. This notice will be reviewed when hosting, integrations or processing practices change.
