THE ASSET FILE

Keep the machine.
Keep its history.

A rental fleet includes more than vehicles. Organise machinery, generators, lifting equipment and tools with the details your team needs.

Identity & age
Manufacture dates, serial numbers, asset categories and depot records.
Hours & maintenance
Operating hours, service records and configurable review intervals.
Documents & inspections
Retain files and track review dates. Checklists support your review; they do not certify compliance.
Availability & follow-through
See bookings, overdue returns and inspection holds before the next hire.

BEFORE YOU OPEN THE YARD

A few practical details.

Do I need to sign in?

No. Open the sample workspace directly. It contains fictional equipment and customers.

Where does the information stay?

Records and retained files stay in this browser. They are not synchronised across devices. Use the backup controls and keep originals separately.

Does FleetX verify US or worldwide certification?

No. Document packs and service intervals are planning aids. Your team must verify requirements for the equipment, location, activity and date with qualified professionals.

Does it connect to live equipment or payments?

No. This prototype does not include live tracking, telematics, automatic payments or a shared rental database.
