Commercial invoice. Packing list. Collection.

Clear documents.
Cargo moving.

Turn an accepted order into a coordinated shipment. Prepare your CIPL, share it with the customer, follow up on collection and keep the signed evidence that closes the job.

See the workflow

For trading companies, OEMs and the teams coordinating their shipments.

One shipment. A clear next step.

From the customer's PO
to proof of collection.

The invoice is only part of the work. Your team also needs the right customer details, agreed sales values, verified packages and a record of who collected the goods.

Shipdesk keeps those decisions in one shipment file, with separate spaces for document design, supplier checks, customer delivery and closure.

01 / REGISTER

Know the customer.

Keep company details, consignee address and the CIPL recipient ready for the next order.

02 / PREPARE

Make the pack yours.

Design a matching commercial invoice and packing list with your company logo, layout and sales terms.

03 / COORDINATE

Share. Then follow up.

Create an Outlook draft from the reviewed revision, record the sent reference and schedule the next collection follow-up.

04 / COMPLETE

Keep the evidence.

Upload a bill of lading or signed collection receipt, record the handover and complete the collection task.

the details together.

CIPL studio

One set of goods and commercial values powers both documents. Choose a classic or compact layout and your own company identity.

Supplier checks

Review selectable-text PDF, XLSX, CSV or pasted documents for specified arithmetic and consistency issues before using them.

Collection control

Keep physical packages, collection responsibilities, holds, follow-up dates and supporting evidence attached to the shipment.

Your role, your documents

Trade the goods.
Keep their story straight.

Trading company

Retain your OEM's originals internally. Issue the customer CIPL on your own letterhead using agreed customer values, while preserving manufacturer and origin information.

OEM / manufacturer

Prepare the CIPL for your own goods, verify the physical packages and coordinate collection with the customer or appointed forwarder.

Practical questions

Know what happens next.

How do I send the CIPL to the customer?

Choose a registered recipient and a reviewed document revision. Connect Outlook and enable draft saving to create a draft with two HTML working copies. Review and send it in Outlook, then record the sent message reference in Shipdesk. Shipdesk does not automatically send messages or verify their delivery.

When is a collection task complete?

When the current CIPL is recorded as sent, collection is recorded, any hold is resolved and the uploaded collection receipt or bill of lading is available. Final delivery remains a separate event.

Where are records and files saved?

In this browser on this device for now. Retain shipment and directory backups and separate original files. Shared cloud records and private-file storage are planned for the backend phase.

Does Shipdesk issue official certificates or file customs declarations?

No. Document checks support human review; they do not certify legal compliance, origin or clearance. Your appointed broker and issuing authorities confirm the applicable requirements.

Can it read scanned documents?

Selectable-text PDFs, supported spreadsheets and text can be read. Scans need OCR, which is not connected.
